Start Small. Know the Price.
Projects with Ignyte Software start with a free conversation and a paid review: a Workflow & AI Review for a new build, or a Production-Readiness Review for software you already run. Each review ends with three priced options and a fixed-price offer for the next step. The review fee is credited toward the build, and a care plan keeps the software running after launch.

The Steps
Each step ends with something you can use, even if you stop there.
- 1Free fit call
A conversation about the problem. Afterward you get a short written note with our view and a suggested next step, even if that step is not us.
- 2Paid review
A Workflow & AI Review for a new build, or a Production-Readiness Review for software you already run. Each ends with three priced options and a fixed-price offer for the next step. Fee credited toward the build.
- 3First version
One workflow, built end to end, connected to one or two of your systems, and deployed. Fixed price, with written acceptance criteria and exclusions.
- 4Build-out
More workflows, reporting, or modernization, priced as fixed milestones you approve one at a time.
- 5Care plan
Monitoring, updates, and small changes after launch, with a named contact and response commitments in writing. See care plans.
Workflow & AI Review
For a new build. We study one process with the people who run it, then tell you what to build, what not to build, and what it will cost.
- Process map. The current steps, who does each one, the handoffs, and where work waits or gets repeated.
- Systems and data inventory. The systems, spreadsheets, and documents the process uses, who owns each, and where sensitive data sits.
- Risk list. Single points of failure, re-keying, access gaps, data quality problems, and missing backups, each rated in plain words.
- Three priced options. Each states its scope and risks. Where AI could help, we say where and why. Where it would not, we say that too.
- A fixed-price offer for a first version, based on the option you prefer.
- A readout session to walk your team through all of it.
Fee credited toward the build if you go ahead with us.
Production-Readiness Review
For software you already run: a tool built in Excel, Access, a low-code platform, or an AI app builder, or a system a previous vendor left behind.
- Systems and data inventory. What the software is built on, what data it holds, who uses it, and what it connects to.
- Scored report. Access control, data integrity, backup and recovery, security, maintainability, reliability, limits on growth, and dependence on one vendor, with the evidence behind each score.
- Risk list. What could go wrong, how serious it is, and the fix we recommend.
- Three priced options, such as harden what you have, rebuild one workflow, or replace the tool.
- A fixed-price offer for the next step, and a readout session.
Fee credited toward the build if you go ahead with us. The review is not a penetration test or a certification. After it, we can fix the issues that matter most, or take the software over and support it under a care plan.

Common Questions
A paid review lets us do real work: interviews, a look at your data and systems, and a written plan you keep either way. The fee is credited toward the build if you go ahead with us.
No. Prices depend on the workflow and the systems involved. Each review ends with three priced options and a fixed-price offer for the next step, so you know the cost before any build starts.
Yes. Some long-running engagements fit time and materials better. We will recommend the model that fits the work.
The fit call and both reviews stand on their own. You keep the written results whether or not you hire us.
