At Ignyte Software our terms and conditions are simple: you can cancel our service at any time! Your subscription will end when the current billing period ends. You will never be billed again.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
Ignyte Software does not rent, sell, or share personal information about users with other people or third-party companies except under the following circumstances:
We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legalclaims.
There may be instances where, at our sole discretion, we believe it becomes necessary to share information in order to investigate,prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Ignyte Software's EULA (End User License Agreement), or as otherwise required by law.
In the event one of our products or services is sold in entirety to a third party, all information regarding users (i.e., registered customers, download / demo users, mailing list users, etc.) may also be transferred to the new owners, for purposes of continued product support and upgrade notification. In such an event, all users will be notified and have the opportunity to be removed from the list
either by Ignyte Software prior to information transfer or by the third party after the transfer.
